Lenovo launches ZUK Z2 Smartphone
Lenovo has launched its latest high-end Smartphone ZUK Z2 in China. The phone is a toned down version of the ZUK Z2 Pro. The Smartphone will go on sale from June 7.

The ZUK Z2 has a 5-inch Full HD display with 1080x1920 pixel resolution. The handset runs Android Marshmallow operating system and is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor clocked at 2.15GHz.

ZUK Z2 has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It comes with dual nano-SIM support and sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front shooter for selfies. There's also a fingerprint sensor and a 3,500 mAh battery.

Connectivity options of the device include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C.

Reliance launches Lyf Flame 4 with 8 GB Storage
Reliance Retail has launched another Smartphone under its Lyf series. Called Lyf Flame 4, the Smartphone appears to be the successor to the recently-launched Lyf Flame 3. Lyf Flame 4 is listed on the company's website at a price tag of Rs 3,999. The Lyf Flame 3 also sports the same price tag as Lyf Flame 4.

The dual-SIM supporting Lyf Flame 4 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixel) display with pixel density of 225ppi. The screen is protected by Asahi Dragontrail Glass. Inside, the budget Smartphone packs a quad-core processor with Mali 400 GPU and 512MB RAM.

The Lyf Flame 4 sports a 2MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front-facing camera. The handset camera can shoot videos in HD resolution at 30 frames per second. Some of the other camera features included are HDR, Panorama, Face Detection, Smile Shutter, Burst Mode and more.

The Flame 4 houses 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card up to 32GB. It supports 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, and micro-USB connectivity.

Measuring 122.5x64.4x10.25mm, the Lyf Flame 4 weighs 117 gram and is backed by a 1400mAh battery. The battery is rated to deliver standby time of up to 150 hours and a talk time of up to 4.5 hours. In addition, the Smartphone also gives users the option to choose from 10 local languages.

The Lyf Flame 3 Smartphone, which Reliance Retail launched just about 24 hours ago, features largely similar specifications except for the inbuilt storage capacity, camera and battery. The Lyf Flame 3 houses a better 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. It is backed by a 1700mAh battery, which is 300mAh more than the Lyf Flame 4 and has an inbuilt storage of 4GB instead of Flame 4's 8GB.

Samsung launches C5 Smartphone
Samsung has launched its Galaxy C5 Smartphone in China. It flaunts a metal unibody design and will be available in gold, silver, pink and gray colored variants.

Samsung Galaxy C5 features a 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display with 1080x1920 pixel resolution. The handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. The phone is available in two Internal storage options - 32GB and 64GB, with support for microSD cards of up to 128GB in size.

The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and offer Dual-SIM functionality.

The phone boasts a 16MP primary camera with LED flash and an 8MP secondary camera for video calling. Connectivity options of the device include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. There is a 2,600 mAh battery rounding up the spec sheet.

Intex launches Aqua Shine 4G with VoLTE Support
The Indian Smartphone brand has launched yet another budget device. Dubbed Aqua Shine 4G, the Smartphone is priced at Rs 7,699 and offers VoLTE support.

The Aqua Shine 4G features a 5-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixels resolution. Running on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, the device is powered by a quad-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.2GHz. There's 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

The Dual-SIM Smartphone sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing snapper for selfies. It offers 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options, with a 3,000 mAh battery rounding off the spec sheet.

Micromax launches Bolt Selfie Q424
Micromax has launched its latest selfie-focused smartphone, dubbed as Bolt Selfie Q424. The device is priced at Rs 4,999, and is available exclusively on Flipkart in champagne and white color options.

The Micromax Bolt Selfie Q424 features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 480x854 pixels resolution. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1GHz. There's 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

The Bolt Selfie Q424 boasts a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera for all the selfie lovers.

For connectivity options of the device include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. There's also a 1,750 mAh battery thrown into the mix.

ZTE launches Grand X Max 2
ZTE has launched its new Smartphone in the US. Dubbed the Grand X Max 2, the Phablet is up for sale at $200.

The highlight of the Smartphone is its dual-rear camera setup that delivers images with more sharpness and depth. There is also a manual mode that lets users tweak the settings and click images as per their convenience. The handset has 13MP auto-focus and 5 fixed focus rear cameras with LED flash, along with a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats.

Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the ZTE Grand X Max 2 sports a 6-inch Full HD display of 1,080x1,920 pixels resolution. It packs an octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and paired with 2GB RAM. It also has 16GB of in-built storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD card of up to 64GB in size.

For the connectivity, the Grand X Max 2 supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, GPS and 4G LTE. The phone is backed by a 3400mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 2.0.

The upcoming Smartphone is rumored to feature a 6-inch Full HD display and pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC clubbed with 4GB RAM. It is also expected to come with 64GB of in-built storage, along with a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. A 4,000 mAh battery and fingerprint sensor are also rumored to be included in the spec sheet.

Asus launches Upgraded Zenfone Max
Asus has launched an upgraded version of its Asus Max Smartphone in India. While the design profile stays the same, the Smartphone features new specifications under the hood. It is available in two variants based on 2GB and 3GB RAM capacity, which cost Rs 9,999 and Rs 12,999 respectively.

The upgraded Asus Zenfone Max sports a similar design like its previous version. There are three capacitive buttons below the display, along with power and volume buttons on the right side. At the back, the handset rocks a similar circular camera with LED flash and autofocus sensors on either side. A loudspeaker grille is available at the bottom.

The refurbished Zenfone Max device keeps the non-removable 5,000mAh battery as its key highlight. The Taiwanese tech company adds that the Smartphone can last longer than its earlier version on a single charge and also has the ability to charge other gadgets as well. It is rated to deliver up to 914.4 hours of standby time, up to 37.5 hours of 3G talk time or up to 32.5 hours of Wi-Fi browsing before it runs out of juice.

Running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with the native Asus ZenUI , the upgraded Asus Zenfone Max houses the same 5.5-inch TFT LED display with HD (1280x720 pixels) resolution and Asus TruVivid technology like its previous version. It also has a Bluelight Filter display technology to keep users' eye from stressing too much after prolonged use.

The Smartphone packs a powerful Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, clubbed with 2GB or 3GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. The 1st generation Zenfone Max features a Quad-core Snapdragon 410, clubbed with 2GB RAM only.

The inbuilt storage space has also been upgraded from 16GB to 32GB, which can be expanded up to 64GB via a MicroSD card. Skipping over to the camera, the smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera, just like the last year's model. Some of the rear camera features include a f/2.0 aperture, Laser Autofocus technology, and PixelMaster 2.0 for better image capture and rendering.

The upgraded Zenfone Max supports Micro USB (with OTG), 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Wi-Fi Direct. It measures 156x77.5x10.55mm, weighs 202 grams, and is available in more colors options now - Black, Orange and Blue.

Meizu launches M3 Note Smartphone
Chinese Smartphone maker Meizu has launched M3 Note Smartphone in India. Priced at Rs 9,999, the phone is available in white, silver and gold variants. One of the biggest changes in the M3 Note from its predecessor is that it sports an all metal body.

Meizu M3 Note had earlier been launched in China in two variants - one with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage and the other one with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.

Meizu’s new Smartphone flaunts a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080P display with 403 pixels per inch. M3 Note runs Android 5.1 Lollipop skinned with the company's own Flyme OS and is powered by a 1.8GHz Helio P10 octa-core processor.

Meizu M3 Note comes with a fingerprint sensor that can be used both for identification and payments. The Smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera with auto-focus technology and the premium dual LED flash, and a 5MP front snapper.

For the purpose of connectivity, the device includes 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC. It packs a 4,100 mAh battery.

The Smartphone will go on sale on May 31 via Amazon.com.

HTC launches One M9 Prime Camera Edition Smartphone
Previous year, HTC silently launched its One M9 smartphone in Europe. The Taiwanese manufacturer has again taken the quiet route and launched the One M9 Prime Camera Edition Smartphone in Poland. The handset is available on contract with Poland's carriers.

The Smartphone flaunts an all-metal unibody design and comes in single-tone Gunmetal Grey and Gold color options.

The HTC One M9 Prime Camera Edition features a 5-inch Full HD display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution. The Smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with the Sense 7 UI layer running on top.

Powering the device is a 2.2GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The device has 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 2TB via a microSD card.
Panasonic launches Shinobi Pro LED TVs
Panasonic has launched its 'Shinobi Pro' range of LED TVs starting at a price of Rs 28,900. The company has partnered exclusively with Flipkart to sell five different models in this range online till May 12.

The new TV models feature technologies like IPS Super Bright Panel Plus and Vivid Digital PRO. Available in three screen sizes—32-inch, 43-inch and 49-inch, each model comes with built-in speakers in a silver frame.

Consumers can avail 10% cashback on all prepaid cards and exchange offers on purchase of any TV from the Panasonic Shinobi Pro series.

Panasonic has recently introduced its Eluga I3 Smartphone with 4G VoLTE support at a price of Rs 9,290. The Smartphone supports Indian 4G bands-- 3, 5 and 40 and offers Dual SIM support. However, only the primary slot supports 4G connectivity.

It runs Android Lollipop operating system sugar-coated with its customized FitHome interface. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage with support for up to 32GB microSD cards.

Huawei launches G9 Lite Smartphone
Huawei has just launched its G9 Lite Smartphone in China. The G9 Lite is priced at CNY 1,699 and will go on sale starting May 13.

The Huawei G9 Lite sports a 5.2-inch full HD display with 1920x1080 pixels resolution. Powering the device is a 2GHz Octa-core Kirin 650 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone has 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
