Coolpad launches Note 3 Lite

The Chinese Smartphone manufacturer Coolpad has launched yet another budget handset in the India market dubbed as 'Coolpad Note 3 Lite'. The Smartphone is said to be the toned down version of the last year launched Note 3. The company has priced the device at Rs 6,999, and it will be exclusively available on Amazon via flash sale model.

The Coolpad features a 5-inch HD display with 1280x720 pixels resolution. Powering the handset is a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The onboard storage of the Smartphones stands at 16GB, which can be expanded further up to 64GB using a microSD card.

The Coolpad Note 3 Lite runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system topped with the native UI of the company and offers dual SIM functionality. The handset comes equipped with a 13.0-megapxiel camera with LED flash at the rear end and a 5.0-megapxiel front facing shooter for clicking selfies.

The Smartphone also incorporates a fingerprint sensor just like the previously launched Coolpad Note 3 which is able to unlock the device very quickly. The connectivity attributes of the device include 4G, LTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and packs in a 2,500 mAh battery.

The company has also partnered with Videocon, as part of which the latter will manuafacture the Coolpad Note 3 Lite in India. This is the first 'Made in India' Smartphone of the Chinese firm.
