Lenovo to launch Zuk Z1 in India
Lenovo is all set to launch its first Smartphone under its online-only brand Zuk in India. The company has sent out media invites for the Zuk Z1 launch but has not informed about the date.

The Zuk Z1 is expected to be competitively priced. It costs RMB 1,799 in China which converts to around Rs 18,200.

The Smartphone offers a 5.5-inch Full HD display and comes in a metal frame. There is a fingerprint scanner integrated with the home button at the front and has a USB Type-C port.

The phone is powered by a 2,5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage. It runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and an 8MP front camera. With support for 4G networks, the device is powered by a 4,100 mAh battery.

Lenovo had recently launched its Vibe K5 Plus for Rs 8,499. It comes with a 5-inch Full HD display with 1920x1080 pixels resolution. The handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The internal storage of the Smartphone stands at 16GB which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The Dual SIM Smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

It comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera, accompanied by LED flash and a 5MP front facing snapper to facilitate video calling. The connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and it houses a 2,750mAh battery.

Intex launches Aqua G2 Smartphone
Domestic Smartphone maker Intex has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of another entry-level Smartphone Aqua G2. Priced at Rs 1,990, Intex Aqua G2 features a 2.8-inch TFT display with 240x320p resolution.

The handset comes with Dual SIM functionality and runs onAndroid 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system. Powering the handset is a single-core processor paired with 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM with microSD card support of up to 16GB.

The Smartphone comes with 0.3MP front and rear cameras and packs 1,100 mAh battery that provides approximately 5 hours talktime and a standby time of 5-6 days, according to the company. The Intex Aqua G2 also comes with functions like gesture control, gravity sensor and Emergency Rescue (SOS button).

Yu launches Yureka Note Phablet
Yu Televentures has launched its first Phablet dubbed as Yureka Note. The company has priced the device at Rs 13,499 and will be available on all mobile stores.

The Yureka Note has a 6-inch full HD display with 1920x1280 pixels resolution. The display is protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Powering the device is a 1.5GHz MediaTek processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The inbuilt storage of the Phablet stands at 16GB which can be further expanded using a microSD card.

The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and packs a massive 4,000 mAh battery. The Yu Yureka Note comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing snapper for selfies. The device also incorporates a fingerprint sensor for data security.

Creo launches Mark 1 Smartphone
Bengaluru-based Creo has made its debut in the Indian Smartphone market with Mark 1. Priced at Rs 19,999, the Smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart.

The Creo Mark 1 Smartphone runs on company's own Android-based Fuel OS operating system, which offers some unique features - Retriever, Echo and Sense.

The Retriever app works as anti-theft software, as it triggers alerts to your email ID anytime a new SIM is inserted, even after a factory reset. Echo is a voice based answering machine system independent of internet and carriers. The Creo Mark 1 comes with a phone search feature Sense, which basically works like Google Now.

The Mark 1 Smartphone features a metal body and sports a 5.5-inch screen with Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and Quad HD display with 1,440x2,56 0p resolution at 534ppi. The Smartphone is powered by a 1.95GHz Octa-core Helio X10 Processor coupled with 3GB RAM. Powered by a 3,100mAh fast-charging battery, the Mark 1 comes with 32GB storage and microSD card support up to 128GB.

The Smartphone features a 21MP Sony IMX 230 Exmor rear camera and 8MP front camera. It includes camera modes such as Live-photo, 3D selfie, Slo-Mo videos and Time Lapse to name a few.

In terms of connectivity, the Smartphone comes with 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
