Yu launches Yureka Note Phablet
Yu Televentures has launched its first Phablet dubbed as Yureka Note. The company has priced the device at Rs 13,499 and will be available on all mobile stores.

The Yureka Note has a 6-inch full HD display with 1920x1280 pixels resolution. The display is protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Powering the device is a 1.5GHz MediaTek processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The inbuilt storage of the Phablet stands at 16GB which can be further expanded using a microSD card.

The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and packs a massive 4,000 mAh battery. The Yu Yureka Note comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing snapper for selfies. The device also incorporates a fingerprint sensor for data security.

Gionee launches S Plus with USB Type C
Chinese brand Gionee has launched the newest addition to its S series of Smartphones. The device has been named S Plus. The all-new Gionee S Plus is among the handful of Smartphones featuring a USB Type C port for fast-charging and has been priced at Rs 16,999.

Gionee S Plus, powered by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, features a 5.5-inch HD (720p) AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass protection. The 4G LTE Smartphone runs on a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor with 3GB RAM and comes with 16GB internal storage; it supports microSD cards for storage expansion.

There's a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP shooter for selfies. The Smartphone can access the internet at 4G speeds and has a 3,150mAh battery. It is available in dark blue, white and golden colours.

Gionee has included software features like Face Unlock, 3D vibration mode, rumble effect while zooming and immersive touch in S Plus Phablet.

Lenovo launches Phab Plus phablet
Lenovo has launched Phab Plus, that was launched last month during IFA, in India. The Smartphone will be available on online shopping site, Amazon at a price of Rs 18,490. With 6.8-inch display, Lenovo Phab Plus is the biggest phablet to be launched so far.

The phablet runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop skinned with Vibe UI and features full-HD (1080x1920p) display. Powered by 1.5GHz 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, the phablet comes with 2GB RAM and offers 32GB of internal storage. Users can also install microSD cards of up to 64GB for more storage space.

Lenovo Phab Plus sports a 13MP primary camera with dual LED flash and a 5MP secondary camera. For connectivity, the Smartphone offers 3G, 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a micro-USB slot. It also features a rear speaker powered by Dolby Atmos and packs a 3500mAh battery.

The phablet is available in Metallic Grey and Midnight Blue colours.

LG G4 Stylus to be launched in India
South Korean electronics giant LG is all set to launch its mid-range Phablet G4 Stylus in India. The Smartphone, featuring LG's Rubberdium Stylus, recently hit retail stores in EU. 

Sporting a 5.7-inch (720x1280p) IPS display, the Smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 with 1GB RAM. 

The 4G Phablet will run on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and will have 8GB built-in storage and optional microSD installation for further storage.

The single-SIM Smartphone will be equipped with a 8MP rear shooter with LED flash and 5MP front-facing camera and will pack a 3,000mAh battery. 

LG G4 Stylus will support 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and GPS for connectivity.  

The company has not yet revealed any details about the Smartphone's price.

HTC Desire 826 launched in India
Taiwanese manufacturer HTC has launched its Desire 826 mid-range phablet in the Indian market at Rs 25,990. At this price, it will be pitted against handsets like the 64GB OnePlus One and Xiaomi Mi 4, along with the newly-unveiled Gionee Elife S7.

The all-new Desire 826 has a 5.5-inch Full HD Super LCD3 screen and runs on the Android 5.0-based Sense UI. It is powered by the 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor with 2GB RAM and comes with 16GB built-in storage with micro-SD card support up to 128GB.

The latest HTC model sports a 13MP camera with LED flash on the back and a 4MP selfie shooter in front. Powered by a 2,600mAh battery, this handset has connectivity features like 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 and micro-USB 2.0.

The front-facing BoomSound speakers of HTC Desire 826 come with Dolby Audio technology. The manufacturer also plans to release its Dot View covers for this phablet.

Mitashi launches 6-inch Phablet Duo King
Eyeing the rising demand for Phablets, Mitashi has launched a Phablet with 6-inch screen in the Indian market at Rs 7,499. 

The new model, named Duo King, is powered by Android 4.4 (KitKat) and runs on a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB RAM. It comes with 8GB of internal storage and can support two SIM cards simultaneously. 

On the imaging front, this budget Phablet has a 5MP camera with dual LED flash on the back and a 0.3MP shooter in front. The Mitashi Duo King can access the internet over 2G, 3G and Wi-Fi, measures 9.9mm in thickness and houses a 2,600mAh battery.
