OnePlus 3T Midnight Black Edition

It seems s to be the season of launching flagship in new shades. Just a day after Apple announced Red color editions of its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus flagship duo, OnePlus has launched a new color variant of its current 'flagship killer' Smartphone - 3T.

Dubbed OnePlus 3T Midnight Black limited edition, the Smartphone has an all-black paint job. The new color is the result of a dark coating just 14 microns in thickness, applied to the Smartphone three times. The company says that it has also applied an anti-fingerprint layer to the device.

The Midnight Black OnePlus 3T will be offered in limited batches. The all-black flagship Smartphone will be available starting March 31 at 2:00pm, until stocks last.

Other than the new color, the limited edition 3T is exactly the same Smartphone as the regular OnePlus 3T. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC with an insane 6GB of RAM, it comes with 128GB of internal storage. Its facade is taken up by a 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED Full HD display. There's a 16MP rear camera with LED flash, Optical Image Stabilization and 4K video recording functionality at the back, in addition to a 16MP front-facing snapper.

Having all modern connectivity options, the OnePlus 3T colette edition is backed by a 3,400mAh battery, with support for OnePlus' 'Dash Charge' fast charging technology.

Oneplus has made good customer base in India. Phone quality is also quite ok. They have to increase battery life. The new model 3T is quite slim model and can compete with flagship phone market.

This is the second limited edition variant of the 3T that OnePlus has launched this month. As its name suggests, the handset has been designed in collaboration with colette, a renowned concept store based in Paris, France.

The OnePlus 3T colette edition also comes in an all-black color. It features the colette logo on its lower back panel. To mark the 20th anniversary of colette, OnePlus has manufactured 250 specially engraved units of the limited edition 3T.
