Domestic handset maker Intex has launched a new budget
Smartphone - Aqua Star II HD. The Smartphone is priced at Rs 6,590 and will
take on Android phones like Xiaomi Redmi 2, Moto E (2nd Gen) 4G and Micromax Canvas
Fire 4.
Intex Aqua Star II HD features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 720x1280p resolution and runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) operating system. It packs a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and comes with 8GB built-in storage and supports microSD card up to 32GB.
The dual-SIM Smartphone sports an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. Available in four colors - white, grey, silver and champagne, the Smartphone packs s 2,000mAh battery. For connectivity, it offers 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a micro-USB slot.
The budget Smartphone is the successor to Intex Aqua Star II, which features the same specifications but has an inferior, FWVGA (480x854p) display.
